After several different professional experiences in the arts and movie field, Hervé Gary signed his first lighting creation in 1981 for Marcel Bozonnet « Tuez le temps » by G. Aperguis.
Since then, he has been working as a lighting designer and has collaborated with several artists among wich :
For operas : Marc Adam, Pierre Barrat, Didier Brunel, Marcel Bozonnet, Michel Jaffrenou, Patrick Guinan, Jean-Marie Sénia, Jacques Connort.
For the theatre : Jean-Marie Besset, Françoise Petit, Claude Santelli, Jean Rochefort, Patrick Guinan, Philippe Adrien, Jean-Michel Ribes, Etienne Pommeret, Jean François Rémi, Serge Sandor, André Dussollier.
For circus : Johanne le Guillerm - Le Cirque Ici, Cirque Cahin-Caha, NIKOLAUS, Buren cirque, Le cirque des nouveaux nez, Le Centre National des Arts du Cirque. For fashion : Paco Rabanne, Kenzo, Thierry Muggler, Paul Smith, Jean Paul Gautier.
