The actor and director Christian Lucas trained at the Jacques Lecoq International Theatre School. Since 1991 he has acted on stage and directed numerous circus performances.
From 1994 to 1997 he was artistic director for the CIRCA festival at Auch.
Since then he has worked on a regular basis with a number of circus artists, including the Compagnie Anomalie ("33 Tours de Piste", "Bascule"), the Wriggles (2000 to 2004), compagnie Zanzibar ("Mano a Mano"), les Desaccrodés ("Ildemik", "Après la pluie" and NIKOLAUS ("Le monde de l’extérieur", "Arbeit, Hinz et Kunz", "Les Kunz", "Raté-Rattrapé-Raté").
